Purchase Orders
(P.O.) must meet the following criteria in order to
be accepted as a method of payment by Patton &
Patton Software:

- Patton & Patton Software Corp. will accept purchase orders on orders
over
$250. Orders under $250 must have either
pre-payment or credit card payment in order to ship.

Patton & Patton
Software Corp. standard payment terms are net 30
days.

A clear and legible copy of the
P.O. may be mailed to
1796 W Wimbledon Way, Oro Valley, AZ, 85737 or
emailed to
custservice@patton-patton.com.

P.O.'s sent to Patton & Patton
Software Corp. must be clear and legible,
including any terms and conditions.

The
P.O. must have information regarding where and to
whom Patton & Patton Software should bill-to and
ship-to.
-
All items and dollar totals on
the P.O. must match items ordered.

If bill-to and ship-to
addresses are omitted or do not appear, Patton &
Patton will contact customer for
clarification.
