Are you using flowcharting products manufactured by Patton & Patton Software Corporation (i.e., Flow Charting 3, Flow Charting 4, Flow Charting PDQ, Flow Charting 5, or Flow Charting 6), and did not actually buy the products?

Here’s the deal!  A group of funny people are pretending to be law abiding citizens and are going to walk into your corporation any day and vehemently accuse you of being thieves.

Part 1 of the problem is they’re so right!

Part 2 of the problem is they are going to illegally charge you a fine for this dastardly act!  We didn't authorize this adventure!  And the money does not come to us - they keep it all (I guess for the expense of entering your business illegally and trying to strong-arm you).

The fine is going to be terribly large – a lot more than if you called us on the phone and bought the software legally.

I’m reporting this to you because I have just found out two things about these stalwart business people.

1)      When they fine you and collect – they keep all of the money for themselves.  That’s the illegal part – they’re making money on my copyright!  My copyright – not their’s – and you are still not authorized to use Patton & Patton’s software.

2)      And this just in!  This is going to happen in “your town”, USA because they are doing like the government – adopting a small 2 – 6 person office in any town they can find that is suitable – and teaching them PLAN A.  I think this is like selling franchises!

Plan A contracts them to do the following:

a)      Find someone illegally using computer software.

b)      Present them with a “die-hard” speech.

c)      Collect an agreed on fine amount and send ¾ of the fine back to the Mother Ship.

I know of a firm that these people visited – they found them illegally using Flow Charting 4 – they fined them $475,000 dollars – Patton & Patton got none of the money – I’m assuming the company continued using Flow Charting 4, thinking they were now legally exonerated – they were not!

Don’t get trapped by these opportunists!  Call us right now and get legal today.
